Caliber Celebrates 365 Days of Impact and Growth

One year ago, in August 2023, we unveiled our new brand to solidify our position as the industry’s leading provider-centric locum tenens staffing partner. Now operating as Caliber Healthcare Solutions, we set a new industry standard by putting providers at the center of our purpose. Backed by over 20 years of experience, Caliber is committed to connecting high-quality physicians and advanced practice providers with healthcare facilities nationwide. Our goal is to empower providers with career flexibility, autonomy, and mobility, while ensuring organizations have the clinical talent needed for exceptional patient outcomes. As we celebrate our first year together as Caliber, we reflect on the outstanding journey we've shared.

"Our growth and impact are deeply rooted in the relationships we have built with our employees, providers, and clients," said Clay Walker, CEO of Caliber. "Your unwavering support and commitment have been instrumental in shaping our journey. As we look ahead, our focus remains on fostering these partnerships, ensuring we continue to meet today's challenges while paving the way for a brighter, more connected future in healthcare."

Thank you for being an integral part of our story. Let’s take a moment to revisit this year’s collective achievements—because every success is a shared victory.

They empower us to deliver unmatched support to our providers and clients and ensure that together, we create remarkable outcomes like the ones we’ve highlighted here.

Ascending Together

As we move forward, our commitment to provider-centric staffing for purpose-driven healthcare remains steadfast.

"At Caliber, our growth is a direct result of our employees’ unwavering commitment to both providers and clients," said Walker.
