How the Referral Program Works

The process is very simple. You refer the candidate. They get matched to a great Caliber position. You and your referral both pocket cash bonuses!

Get $1000 on Day 1 of your MD, DO, and CRNA referral's assignment

Get $500 on Day 1 of your NP and PA referral's assignment

Your referral receives the same cash bonus amount after working 10 shifts

The Fine Print: Eligibility Requirements

Referrals are valid for one year from submission. A referral must meet the following criteria to qualify for payout:

The referral reward does not apply for candidates who have been presented by a Caliber representative within the past 12 months or have worked for Caliber within the past 24 months.
For the person providing the referral, the provider referred must work a minimum of one contracted day (or 8 hours) to be eligible for the payout.
For the referred provider, you must work the required 10 shifts within 12 months of the referral to be eligible for the payout.

The reward payment will be processed the following month after the required number of shifts have been worked. No partial payment will be made.
Both parties must submit a W9 to Caliber if one is not already on file in order for payment to be processed.
Client contacts, agencies, and third-party vendors are not eligible for participation in this program.
Caliber corporate employees or family members of a Caliber employee are not eligible to receive any rewards under this program.
